Your wedding flower process
Initial Contact
After you've filled out the form, I'll get back to you with an initial estimate and then we will arrange a video chat to go through your vision in detail. We'll cover all the items you need, colour choices and if there's any flower requests.
Planning Stage
After our video chat, I will create your itemised quote. To book your wedding date, a 30% deposit is then due. Once it's paid we can get into the fun part - designing! I will send you moodboards of all aspects of your flowers and we will finalise all design options.
Final Call
Just over a month before your big day, I'll be back in touch via another video chat. We go through absolutely everything, and this is your last chance to make any additions or last minute colour changes. Whilst I won't be in touch in between selecting your designs and the final call, you'll have my number and can reach out at any time.

I’ll check that your date is available and get back to you with a guideline quote based on your initial ideas and needs.From there, we’ll arrange a chat, either over Zoom or a coffee if you're nearby, to talk things through properly. After our meeting, I’ll pull together a custom moodboard and send you a detailed quote tailored to your day.If everything looks good and you’re happy to go ahead, a booking deposit will secure your date in my diary.
